TOW #29 – Jiu Jitsu: Iron Sheik

Jiu Jitsu is the discipline in discussion this week folks. Scotty Epstein is going to walk you though the motions of the submission move known as  the Iron Sheik. This move is effective if your opponent has a good defense making it difficult to slip in your arm for the choke. You’ll need to stay dominant with your hip control as you move your arms up to the neck area. From there, pull back on your opponents forehead or better yet, get real old school and grab under their chin and wait for the tap.
