Women Fighters Are Here To Stay

The second fight of the night at Long Beach Fight Night #14 was a female feature. Revgear Ambassador Melissa “Real” Steele faced Katie Klimansky-Casimir inside the ring. The ultra competitive Steele found herself out lasting Klimansky-Casmir in this 3 round fight. The two exchanged a barrage of punches and kicks, but both fighters continued to stand toe to toe. The judges scored the fight 28-29 unanimously in favor of Steele. This was Melissa Steele’s first MMA victory—one of many to come.
