Joint Genesis is a gluten, dairy, nut, soy, egg, BPA, and GMO-free joint health supplement by BioDynamix that claims to provide comprehensive support for your joint health.
It’s said to promote a healthy inflammatory response and provide pain relief. Joint Genesis sounds like one of the better joint health supplements, so I tried it for myself.
However, after taking Joint Genesis for a month, it was clear that it was not the great joint support supplement they claimed, and in this review, I will show you why.
Pros
- It contains several natural ingredients proven to enhance joint health.
- It can be obtained without speaking to your healthcare provider.
Cons
- Most Joint Genesis ingredients are present in doses too low to work.
- It does not seem to provide any pain relief.
- The official website looks pretty suspicious and has a lot of problems.
- There were many negative reviews of Joint Genesis from past users.
- Some people did not find Joint Genesis safe and said it caused side effects.
Quick Verdict
My experience was not positive with Joint Genesis. It appears to be a joint support supplement that could help you maintain healthy joints. However, it is clear that it will not promote joint health in the ways the company claims.
For an effective joint supplement, try FlexAgain. It’s better dosed than anything else on the market, contains the correct amounts of 11 well-backed ingredients, and has a money-back guarantee.
Joint Genesis Ingredients
Ginger Root Powder – 200 mg
Ginger root powder is very popular in joint support supplements as it is well known for its powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. This means it can prevent oxidative damage and stress to the joints, support joint health and synovial fluid production, and reduce joint discomfort and pain.
Beyond promoting joint health, it can also protect internal organs from damage, lower cholesterol levels, enhance the immune system and gut health and functions, and improve the bioavailability of all other ingredients in a dietary supplement.
Unfortunately, for it to be effective, you either need to take at least 1,000 mg of ginger a day or combine it with specific ingredients like blue galangal extract [1]. As Joint Genesis contains just 200 mg of ginger powder and no blue galangal extract is in sight, it is virtually guaranteed to be useless.
Boswellia Serrata Extract (Standardized To 65% Boswellic Acid) – 100 mg
Boswellia serrata extract is a gum or resin found in the frankincense trees in India and the Punjab region of Pakistan. It has long been used in traditional medicines around the world. It is now in many joint supplements due to its potent anti-inflammatory properties.
Studies show that the boswellic acid it contains can alleviate joint pain, swelling, and inflammation, treat the pain and symptoms experienced by people with osteoarthritis or cartilage damage, improve synovial fluid production, and even help to ease swelling in other parts of the human body, such as the brain.
However, studies show boswellic acid only produces these benefits if you use at least 100 mg a day [2]. While Joint Genesis contains 100 mg of boswellia extract, it only has 65 grams of its active ingredient. This means it is not enough to be of use, despite the fact they have tried to make it appear otherwise.
Hyaluronic Acid Matrix (60 -75% Hyaluronic Acid, > 10% Polysaccharides & > 5% Collagen Type I) – 80 mg
The Joint Genesis Hyaluronic Acid Matrix, also known as Mobilee, is an advanced and patented extract obtained from a mixture of hyaluronic acid, unnamed polysaccharides, and type I collagen.
Hyaluronic acid is itself a type of polysaccharide, and extensive research shows that it can support joint health, strengthen cartilage and connective tissues, improve joint mobility, flexibility, and elasticity, provide joint pain relief, and minimize joint stiffness, especially in people suffering from knee pain.
This is without even mentioning its benefits on things like your skin, eyes, healing time, wrinkles, and ability to age gracefully. However, you must use at least 200 mg of hyaluronic acid each day to see these effects, which is far more than is present here, even if they have obscured the exact dosage [3].
Collagen is what the connective tissues in the body are made of, and taking it in dietary supplements like this can provide joint pain relief, repair cartilage damage, improve joint mobility and functions, aid synovial fluid production, enhance bone health, and combat autoimmune diseases like osteoarthritis.
Unfortunately, it will do none of this unless you consume at least 500 mg daily, which is far less than can possibly be present in Joint Genesis [4].
Finally, the polysaccharides will do the same job as the hyaluronic acid. Yet, the minuscule dose used and lack of information on exactly what they are both mean they’ll be useless [5].
When you combine all of this, the blend will not make Joint Genesis work any better than it would without it.
French Maritime Pine Bark Extract – 150 mg
Pine extract comes from the bark of maritime pine trees, and it is rich in antioxidants, phytonutrients, polyphenols, and vitamins.
It can reduce inflammation and swelling and keep the skin, joints, and bones healthy while boosting blood, heart, immune, and lung health. It can also prevent erectile dysfunction, enhance energy levels and blood flow, and provide a wide range of benefits for brain health and cognitive functions [6].
Unlike the previous ingredients I have examined, the 150 mg of French maritime pine bark extract present in Joint Genesis is within the optimal range. It is just worth mentioning that pine bark extract’s benefits on the brain are much more potent than those it has on the joint tissues.
Black Pepper Fruit Extract (Standardized To 95% piperine) – 5 mg
Black pepper contains the alkaloid piperine and is put in a dietary supplement as it is a bioavailability enhancer. This means that while it will not provide pain relief or combat joint health issues, it will make all of the other present ingredients far more accessible for the body to absorb and much more effective.
The issue is that you need to consume at least 20 mg of black pepper extract per day for it to do this [7]. As Joint Genesis contains just a quarter of this at 5 mg per serving, its presence is unlikely to do anything at all.
Joint Genesis Price
On Amazon, Joint Genesis currently retails for $50.88 for a one-month supply, $145 for a three-month supply, and $234 for a six-month supply, which works out at $1.70, $1.61, and $1.30, respectively.
I attempted to check the price on the official Joint Genesis website. However, at the time of writing, it was redirecting us to some strange domains. I recommend avoiding its official website even more than the actual Joint Genesis product.
Who Is Joint Genesis For?
Anyone Seeking Joint Pain Relief
The target demographic for Joint Genesis is people seeking joint pain relief. With each key component claiming to have been included for its unique benefits on your joints, the brand says it will get to the root cause of your pain to promote joint comfort and even combat select pre-existing medical conditions.
People Looking To Support Joint Health
Even if you are not seeking pain relief, Joint Genesis claims to improve your joint health. From promoting better joint lubrication and function to preventing age-related joint issues, if Joint Genesis’ claims are true, it will help people of all ages enjoy total joint comfort and the ability to live an active lifestyle.
My Experience With Joint Genesis
Looking at Joint Genesis reviews from previous customers and attempting to access the official website before I tried the product gave me some concerns, as several issues appeared. These fears were only furthered after discussing Joint Genesis with a healthcare professional.
However, as I had already placed my order, I decided to try Joint Genesis anyway. After using Joint Genesis as directed for 30 days, I can honestly say that I have not noticed any sort of pain relief or improvements in the functions of the joints throughout my body.
While I had luckily not experienced any of the side effects I had read about in some of the negative Joint Genesis reviews on Amazon, that is far from enough to make me recommend a supplement that appears to do absolutely nothing, even though it is a reasonably pricey product.
Joint Genesis Reviews From Customers
When looking at Joint Genesis reviews from past customers on Amazon, the supplement currently holds an average rating of 3.5 out of 5 stars, which is not awful but is still far from great.
When looking at good reviews of Joint Genesis, the most common things mentioned were FDA-approved facilities, high quality of manufacture, and the ability to not interfere with any dietary restrictions.
However, when looking at the negative Joint Genesis reviews, the list of complaints was slightly longer.
Negative Joint Genesis reviews started with comments like the pills being too big, it not providing any pain relief, being overpriced, not having an official website that could be trusted, and having a poor returns policy, as well as the fact that, in some instances, it made people’s knee pain worse.
However, perhaps the most significant issue mentioned in negative Joint Genesis reviews is people saying they did not find Joint Genesis safe to use. This is because it causes several adverse effects, including fatigue, short-temperedness, irritability, frustration, headaches, chest pain, and an inability to focus.

Move Free
Move Free Ultra Triple Action is a joint supplement designed to protect bones, cartilage, and joints from damage.
It contains Type II Collagen, Hyaluronic Acid, and Boron. Despite its convenient once-daily dosage and affordability, the product uses a proprietary blend, hiding ingredient doses, and includes limited main ingredients that are underdosed based on the total blend.
My personal experience with Move Free was not positive, as I noticed no improvement in joint pain or relief.

Golden Revive Plus
Golden Revive Plus from UpWellness is a popular joint health supplement aimed at those seeking alternatives to cortisone injections or steroidal medications for joint pain relief.
It contains six natural ingredients, including turmeric, boswellia, and magnesium, which are scientifically backed to potentially reduce joint pain and inflammation, improve joint function and flexibility, and reduce muscle soreness.
However, my personal experience with Golden Revive Plus was disappointing. It did not alleviate my joint pain. The product also suffers from being underdosed for most ingredients and having a limited number of components.

Summary
Joint Genesis claims to provide pain relief and improve joint function, yet Joint Genesis reviews from past users, as well as my own experiences with it, prove that this is not true. This makes Joint Genesis a supplement to avoid. That is why, instead of buying Joint Genesis, we suggest you try FlexAgain.
Made in FDA-approved facilities from optimally dosed, proven natural ingredients, FlexAgain can provide pain relief, prevent inflammation and age-related joint decay, and improve joint function, joint lubrication, joint flexibility, synovial fluid production, and even overall well-being, making it better in every way.
