This may be due to many of the ingredients being slightly underdosed. Mind Vitality is advertised to promote acute cognitive benefits, so long-term use won’t improve brain function like the research-backed nootropic Braini.

One aspect some might have trouble with is swallowing the pills. Each serving is 3 pills, but they aren’t capsules or coated.

They are rough, and I had to take them one at a time to avoid getting them stuck in my throat. It’s something that will make me take a different nootropic instead of battling to swallow rough pills.
