The two products have very few matching components, making them more distinct than many other t-boosters. As I mentioned earlier in the article, this review focuses only on Nugenix Total T, but you can choose from different product versions.
Ashwagandha is a significant component in T Hero. This traditional herbal treatment reduces stress levels, primarily by lowering the stress hormone cortisol, which also limits testosterone synthesis [1].
This root extract has also been linked to improved muscle strength and recovery, making it a valuable supplement for anyone looking to improve their fitness. T Hero contains one of the highest Ashwagandha concentrations in a blend at 600 mg.
Shilajit is the second fundamental component of the T Hero. The substance is used extensively in Ayurvedic medicine, improving cell function and energy production.
A study published in the Andrologia journal found that Shilajit administration could raise total testosterone levels in healthy males [3].
The Shilajit in T Hero is 500 mg, a solid dose enough to deliver the substance’s benefits.
Diindolylmethane (DIM) is the third primary component of T Hero. It is known for modulating estrogen metabolism, helping maintain a healthier hormonal balance by converting more strong forms of estrogen into less active versions [4].
The supplement also contains boron. This vital mineral can reduce inflammation and cholesterol levels, improve blood flow and bone and brain health and functions, and prevent or reduce testis-derived tumor cells [2].
Nugenix includes 1125 mg citrulline malate. The amino acid is recognized for its ability to convert to arginine, which then converts to nitric oxide.
This procedure relaxes blood vessels, which improves circulation and oxygen delivery to various tissues, including muscles [5].
Tesnor® is a patented cocoa bean and pomegranate peel extract that increases testosterone levels while also promoting muscle strength and growth.

T Hero is a solid product capable of inducing many positive benefits, but there are too few components to produce truly comprehensive results.
That said, the high Ashwagandha and Shilajit doses worked their magic and helped me feel a lot better mentally and physically.
With Nugenix Total T, I have even fewer positive experiences to share. Even after taking it for several weeks, I felt like I was taking a placebo, but without the actual positive effects a placebo can still induce. I didn’t feel my energy, power, mood, or libido increase.

My Experience With T Hero and Nugenix Total T
T Hero and Nugenix Total T were not among the testosterone boosters that I’ve felt the most benefits from; in fact, they were far from it, especially Nugenix.
T Hero has a simple formulation, but I am a fan of Ashwagandha and Shilajit, so I expected the supplement to deliver some results.
I noticed a surge in energy from the second week of intake, and by the end of the first month, my mental capacity definitely improved. My energy levels were much more stable throughout the day than usual.
However, this is the extent of the positive results I observed. Unlike more potent products, the effects on my gym performance were lackluster and barely noticeable.
Nugenix Total T didn’t reach even this level, and for a whole month, I felt like I was swallowing empty capsules.
There were no noticeable effects I could share with you. Perhaps the supplement benefited my health more subtly, but for me, the only reason to buy a supplement is if it delivers real, tangible results.
Should You Choose T Hero or Nugenix Total T?
Out of the two, T Hero is the better supplement. The clinically backed dosages of all 5 ingredients have the potential to improve testosterone and energy levels and elevate mood and focus.
However, this is not enough for the product to measure against more potent testosterone boosters like Testofuel.
Nugenix Total T performed poorly in my test and did not justify its price in any way. Other versions of the product have more promising formulations.
However, they are also much more expensive, so they still don’t have the same value as competitors like Testofuel, Testoprime, and Prime Male.
Prime Male profoundly affected my training and shape, significantly boosting my strength, muscle, and definition gains.
It also aids in other areas like libido and mood, making it a much better alternative to either of the supplements compared here.
