LeanBean vs. Instant Knockout (I Tried Both): Who Wins In 2024?

Quick Verdict

Instant Knockout is a far better fat burner than Leanbean. It delivers an insane amount of energy to fuel your workouts, and its thermogenetic properties are equally powerful.

Leanbean is no longer available for purchase, but if you want the most potent fat burner, Instant Knockout is the right choice.

However, it’s not the right choice for everyone. Leanbean has a much gentler approach targeted at women, and if you are sensitive to caffeine or do not work out too much, other women-targeted options like Zmyra and Hourglass Fit are more suitable.

What Is Instant Knockout

Instant Knockout is a fat-burning supplement originally designed for professional athletes, especially fighters and bodybuilders, to help them cut fat while maintaining muscle. It contains a blend of natural ingredients aimed at boosting metabolism, increasing energy levels, and promoting fat loss.

Key components like green tea extract, cayenne pepper, and caffeine work together to enhance thermogenesis, encouraging the body to burn more calories and fat.

While initially targeted at athletes, Instant Knockout has gained popularity among the general public as a weight loss aid, particularly for those seeking a lean, sculpted physique.

Instant Knockout is produced by Roar Ambition, a UK-based company known for developing premium sports supplements.

Roar Ambition specializes in creating products designed for athletes and fitness enthusiasts, with a focus on natural ingredients and cutting-edge research.

The company has built a reputation for transparency, regularly updating its formulas to reflect the latest scientific advancements.

What Is Leanbean

Leanbean is a weight loss supplement specifically formulated for women. It is designed to help them burn fat, reduce appetite, and boost energy.

Its blend includes natural ingredients like Glucomannan, a fiber that promotes a feeling of fullness, along with thermogenic agents like green coffee, turmeric, and cayenne pepper to support fat metabolism.

The supplement aims to address the unique hormonal and metabolic challenges women face when trying to lose weight.

Leanbean was manufactured by Ultimate Life, a UK-based company that creates supplements tailored to women’s health and fitness goals.

Known for using safe, natural ingredients, Ultimate Life prioritizes transparency and quality by manufacturing its products in FDA-approved, GMP-certified facilities.

Leanbean has become popular due to its stimulant-free formula, making it a preferred option for women who want to avoid excessive caffeine while targeting weight loss.

Instant Knockout vs. LeanBean Main Differences

Benefits

Leanbean and Instant Knockout both offer a range of benefits aimed at supporting weight loss, though they are tailored to different user groups.

Leanbean is specifically designed for women, focusing on appetite control and fat metabolism.

One of its key benefits is the use of Glucomannan, a dietary fiber that expands in the stomach, promoting a feeling of fullness and reducing overeating.

Additionally, it contains thermogenic ingredients, which help boost metabolism and encourage fat burning.

Leanbean is also low in stimulants, making it an ideal choice for women who are sensitive to caffeine or who want to avoid the jittery effects that some weight loss supplements can cause.

The formula supports energy levels while minimizing cravings, allowing users to maintain a calorie deficit more easily.

Instant Knockout, on the other hand, is more focused on athletes and those with high fitness goals. Its benefits lie in its thermogenic and stimulant-rich formula, which includes green tea extract, caffeine, and cayenne pepper.

These ingredients work together to increase metabolic rate, enhance fat oxidation, and provide a noticeable boost in energy, which is especially useful for improving workout performance.

Instant Knockout is particularly beneficial for those looking to burn fat while preserving lean muscle mass, making it a popular choice among bodybuilders, fighters, and fitness enthusiasts.

Ingredients

Leanbean and Instant Knockout have different target buyers and approaches, but they both address the same aspects of weight loss and workout performance with different emphases. Let’s compare the two ingredient lists and see what the potential benefits of each component are.

A key component of both supplements is Glucomannan. This dietary fiber’s function is to expand in the stomach and create a sense of fullness.

Many scientific studies support its efficacy, showing that it can significantly aid in weight loss when combined with a healthy diet and exercise [1].

While Instant Knockout has a solid dose of 1800 mg, Leanbean contains 3000 mg, which is among the highest in any fat burner.

The second shared ingredient is black pepper extract, found in most comprehensive supplements due to its proven effect on boosting the bioavailability of other nutrients, helping the body absorb them better [2][3].

Both supplements contain vitamins B6 and B12. These vitamins support metabolism, maintain energy levels and help convert fat into energy.

Now, we continue with the ingredients exclusive to Instant Knockout.

Capsicum comes from red chili peppers and has thermogenic characteristics that boost metabolism. Capsaicinoids have been demonstrated to stimulate thermogenesis, increase fat oxidation, and reduce appetite [4].

One of the essential components of Phen Q is the whopping 300 mg caffeine dose. Caffeine is a well-known stimulant that boosts alertness and reduces weariness.

In addition to the well-known effects, caffeine increases metabolic rate, which promotes fat loss. According to a study, coffee can increase resting metabolic rate by 3-11%. [6][7].

While this is a fantastic energy booster, some may find the dosage too high. Instant knockout also contains the amino acid L-theanine, which helps to reduce the potential adverse effects of caffeine.

L-theanine produces a calm state of focus and relaxation without generating sleepiness, but its combined effect with caffeine is probably more crucial in this situation, significantly lowering the jitters and restlessness that a high stimulant dose can bring. [5][8].

Instant Knockout also includes 500 mg of green tea extract. Rich in antioxidants, particularly catechins, it helps enhance metabolic rate, allowing for more efficient fat burning.

Studies have shown that combining caffeine with catechins can increase calorie expenditure and fat oxidation, making it an ideal ingredient for a fat-burning supplement [9].

Instant Knockout also contains 45 mcg of vitamin D, which is essential for bone health and the immune system. It is also suggested to aid in weight management by influencing the storage and breakdown of fat cells [10].

Leanbean contains chromium picolinate. This mineral regulates blood glucose levels and curbs appetites for carbohydrates and sugars.

A study found that participants who took chromium picolinate consumed less food and had less hunger and desire for fat [15].

Leanbean contains caffeine in the form of green coffee extract. In addition to the energy boost provided by caffeine, green coffee contains chlorogenic acid, which can prevent fat absorption and glucose release in the body [11][12].

The next component in the Leanbean list is choline, which is required for fat metabolism. It helps the body burn fat for energy and reduces fat development in the liver [13].

Turmeric is renowned for its anti-inflammatory qualities. It is often used in joint supplements, but in a weight management product, it works by lowering inflammation, which is to be expected when calories are reduced, and workout frequency and intensity are increased [14].

Other constituents of leanbean include acai berry, garcinia cambogia, and zinc. These components offer distinctive appetite-suppressing and metabolism-supporting qualities.

Effectiveness

Instant Knockout had a profound effect on my training and weight loss efforts by ramping up my energy, boosting my metabolism, and curbing my appetite.

The high caffeine dose, in conjunction with green tea and L-theanine, is a proven power blend that delivers consistent results, and my gym performance was elevated quickly.

As I already mentioned, Leanbean can no longer be purchased since the company closed its doors, and I didn’t get the chance to try it.

From what I’ve read online, though, the supplement was effective for many women who observed positive results in losing weight.

Clinical Research

Clinical research on the individual ingredients found in Instant Knockout and Leanbean supports their efficacy, though studies on the supplements as complete formulas are limited.

Instant Knockout contains well-researched ingredients like green tea extract, caffeine, and cayenne pepper.

Clinical studies on green tea extract have shown its potential to increase fat oxidation and boost metabolism, particularly when combined with caffeine.

Leanbean also uses ingredients with clinical backing, though its formulation is tailored more toward women.

The standout ingredient, Glucomannan, has been extensively researched for its appetite-suppressing properties.

Multiple clinical trials support Glucomannan’s effectiveness in promoting satiety and reducing calorie intake, which can lead to weight loss when used as part of a calorie-controlled diet.

The potential side effects of Instant Knockout and Leanbean are generally mild, but they can occur, especially if users are sensitive to specific ingredients or exceed the recommended dosages.

Side Effects

Instant Knockout contains caffeine, which can cause side effects such as jitteriness, increased heart rate, restlessness, anxiety, headaches, and insomnia, particularly for those sensitive to it.

The high caffeine content of both caffeine anhydrous and green tea extract can also cause digestive issues, such as nausea or stomach discomfort.

The recommendation for Instant Knockout is to take four capsules throughout the day, the last one consumed before dinner. However, I’ve had some sleeping issues following this, so you can space the dosages earlier in the day to avoid similar problems.

Additionally, cayenne pepper extract, which contains capsaicin, may cause stomach irritation, burning sensations, or digestive upset in some users.

Leanbean, on the other hand, is designed to be gentler, especially for women, with low stimulant content. However, its main ingredient, Glucomannan, may cause digestive side effects, such as bloating, gas, or diarrhea, particularly when taken without sufficient water.

User Reviews

The review section of Instant Knockout’s official website is presently unavailable. Third-party websites contain some reviews, and most are favorable, with users praising the product’s significant advantages.

Nevertheless, there are valid concerns about the potential adverse effects and the expensive cost. Some individuals experience headaches, and the heat buildup, a common effect of the supplement functioning as intended, is not tolerable to all.

The high caffeine content is frequently mentioned by users in their reviews. The effect is overwhelming for those who are more sensitive to stimulants, but for many, it is a benefit because it keeps them motivated and energized.

With no online or offline offers for Leanbean, the reviews left are scarce. But searching on forums and Trustpilot reveals a mixed but mostly positive picture.

The majority of reviews are positive and praise the product, but even among them, some feel overwhelmed by the 6-capsule dose.

Furthermore, some users have experienced stomach issues, which is not surprising given the high Glucomannan dose in Leanbean.

My Experience With Instant Knockout and Leanbean

Since Instant Knockout was initially developed for mixed martial artists and boxers cutting weight, it aligns perfectly with my goals of losing fat and retaining muscle through heavy training.

The high caffeine dose is perfect for morning BJJ and lifting sessions, especially if you take two capsules, essentially replacing your pre-workout.

The supplement also significantly impacted my hunger, and I no longer felt the need to overeat, even after hard training and work days.

I was already in good shape before I started Instant Knockout, so the 10 lb. loss in two months is more impressive than it sounds. I believe this was purely fat loss without losing any of my muscle mass or strength.

Once again, I will repeat that I haven’t tried Leanbean, and there is no longer the option to do so.

Should You Instant Knockout or Leanbean

Since Leanbean has been discontinued, there is no real option to choose between the two supplements.

The main purpose of this comparison is to determine whether Instant Knockout is better and if it’s a worthy substitute for people who have tried and liked Leanbean when it was available.

For me, Instant Knockout is much better. It outperforms Leanbean in every way as a fat burner with its high doses of cleverly blended ingredients.

However, the target audience and approach differ greatly, and Instant Knockout is not for everyone who would benefit from Leanbean.

Leanbean was a no-stimulant weight loss supplement, mainly designed for women to decrease appetite and increase satiety.

Instant Knockout is a very high-caffeine supplement intended for athletes, fighters, and people who hit the gym hard. So, if you fall into one of these categories, Instant Knockout is perhaps the best product you can buy.

If you are a woman wanting to straighten your diet and lose weight gradually, other options like Zmyra and Hourglass Fit can be a better choice.
