Over a month, I integrated this supplement into my daily routine, hoping for noticeable improvements. However, my experience revealed a few factors worth sharing, especially for those considering giving Vitaae a try.

Initially, I adopted a regimen of one capsule twice a day, as recommended, even though this promising blend, my personal journey with Vitaae had mixed outcomes.

The first few days mirrored the usual supplement adjustment phase with no immediate changes. Around the second week, I began to monitor any subtle shifts in my energy levels and mental clarity.

Yet, the changes were barely perceptible. Unlike some reports of significant boosts, my energy remained largely unchanged, and brain fog lingered.
