What Is Leanbean

Leanbean is a dietary supplement marketed primarily to women as a weight loss aid. It contains a blend of natural ingredients, including vitamins, minerals, and plant-based extracts, designed to help boost metabolism, reduce appetite, and increase energy levels.

The formula emphasizes the inclusion of Glucomannan, a dietary fiber that helps promote feelings of fullness, which can reduce calorie intake.

Unlike some weight loss supplements that rely heavily on stimulants, Leanbean aims to offer a balanced approach with fewer stimulant-based ingredients, making it more suitable for sustained use.

This supplement is often paired with a healthy diet and exercise routine to enhance fat-burning and support overall weight management goals.

My LeanBean review goes into more detail about the formula and its effectiveness.

What Is Hourglass Fit

Hourglass Fit is a premium weight loss product designed for women. It stands out in the crowded dietary supplement market because of its unique recipe, which meets the specific needs and challenges women typically face when seeking to lose weight.

Hourglass Fit is manufactured by Roar Ambition, which also produces popular supplements, including Prime Male, Instant Knockout Cut, and Hunter Burn.

Their commitment to perfection is also shown in their manufacturing process. They manufacture it in facilities that follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), ensuring that each bottle meets high levels of safety and consistency.

My Hourglass Fit review goes into more detail about the formula and experiences.

LeanBean vs. Hourglass Fit Main Differences

Benefits

Leanbean and Hourglass Fit are two popular weight loss supplements that support women in achieving their fitness and weight management goals.

Both products are formulated with natural ingredients and focus on promoting fat loss, improving energy levels, and curbing appetite sustainably.

Leanbean’s primary benefit is its appetite-suppressing ability, thanks to its high content of Glucomannan, a dietary fiber that helps users feel full for longer.

This can lead to reduced caloric intake, making it easier to maintain a calorie deficit, which is essential for weight loss.

Leanbean also contains ingredients like Choline, which supports fat metabolism, and green coffee bean extract, which may help increase energy without causing jitters.

Additionally, Leanbean is low in stimulants, making it a gentler option for those sensitive to caffeine.

On the other hand, Hourglass Fit is designed with similar goals in mind but incorporates a slightly different blend of ingredients.

It also includes Glucomannan for appetite control and adds 5-HTP, which can improve mood and reduce emotional eating.

Another key ingredient in Hourglass Fit is cayenne pepper extract, which helps boost thermogenesis, aiding in fat burning even at rest.

The formula is also free from synthetic additives, focusing on natural, effective ingredients that align with a balanced diet and exercise routine.

Ingredients

The two supplements have very similar approaches to weight loss and components, but there are enough differences to make them distinct.

The key ingredient in both Hourglass Fit and Leanbean is Glucomannan, a dietary fiber extracted from the Konjac plant.

The fiber’s function is to expand in the stomach and create a sense of fullness. Many scientific studies support its efficacy, showing that it can significantly aid in weight loss when combined with a healthy diet and exercise [1].

Hourglass Fit and Leanbean have a whopping 3000 mg doses, which are certain to deliver all of the compound’s promised benefits.

Hourglass fit leverages the power of capsimax, a concentrated cayenne pepper extract with an active element called capsaicin.

Capsicum comes from red chili peppers and has thermogenic characteristics that boost metabolism. Capsaicinoids have been demonstrated to stimulate thermogenesis, increase fat oxidation, and reduce appetite [2].

Hourglass Fit has 100 mg of Capsimax, a potent dose certain to boost metabolism.

Chromium picolinate is part of Leanbean. This mineral regulates blood glucose levels and reduces cravings for carbohydrates and sugar. A study discovered that chromium picolinate participants had lower food consumption, hunger, and desire for fat [3].

A key difference between the two is that Leanbean has caffeine derived from green coffee. While green coffee has less caffeine than regular beans, it’s still a stimulant that also boosts metabolic rate, promoting fat reduction. According to a study, coffee can enhance the resting metabolic rate by 3–11% [4][5].

Hourglass Fit contains vitamins B2 and B12, while Leanbean includes vitamins B6 and B12. B vitamins are essential for many body functions, support overall metabolic health, prevent fatigue, and help you sustain higher energy levels.

Both supplements use Piperine (black pepper) to boost the bioavailability of other nutrients, helping the body absorb them better [6].

Another crucial Hourglass Fit component is 5-HTP, A naturally occurring amino acid in the body that turns to serotonin. Serotonin is a neurotransmitter that affects mood, appetite, and sleep. Hourglass Fit contains 150 mg of 5-HTP, which addresses the emotional and mental components of weight loss [7].

The next compound on the Leanbean ingredients list is Choline, a vital nutrient that aids fat metabolism. It helps the body burn fat for energy and reduces fat development in the liver [8].

Turmeric’s anti-inflammatory properties have earned it widespread recognition. It’s commonly used in joint supplements, but in weight management products like Leanbean, it lowers inflammation, which is expected when cutting calories and increasing workout frequency and intensity [9].

Effectiveness

Hourglass Fit is designed for women. Therefore, I’m not the ideal user, but I decided to try it anyhow. The results were not as immediate, but they were noticeable, and the supplement helped me drop 10 pounds steadily and sustainably. Above all, I feel this was virtually entirely fat loss, which is critical.

I haven’t had the chance to try Leanbean since the company shut its doors. Still, the formulation is quite similar to Hourglass Fit, and judging by the ingredients and user reviews, I think it was a comparably effective supplement.

Clinical Research

Both Leanbean and Hourglass Fit incorporate ingredients backed by clinical research.

Numerous studies have examined LeanBean’s key ingredient, Glucomannan. Research shows that when taken in doses of 3 grams daily, Glucomannan can promote weight loss by enhancing feelings of fullness and reducing calorie intake.

The European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) recognizes it as effective for weight loss when used alongside a calorie-restricted diet.

Hourglass Fit also contains Glucomannan and other clinically supported ingredients like cayenne pepper extract and 5-HTP. Cayenne pepper has been shown to increase thermogenesis, helping the body burn more calories, even at rest.

Studies on 5-HTP suggest it may help reduce cravings and emotional eating by boosting serotonin levels, improving mood, and reducing stress-related overeating.

Both supplements are rooted in ingredients with strong scientific backing, highlighting their potential to assist with weight loss when combined with a healthy lifestyle.

Side Effects

While both Leanbean and Hourglass Fit are formulated with natural ingredients, there are potential side effects to be aware of, especially for individuals with sensitivities or pre-existing conditions.

Leanbean and Hourglass Fit’s primary ingredient, Glucomannan, can cause digestive issues like bloating, gas, or discomfort, especially with insufficient water.

Since Glucomannan expands in the stomach, staying hydrated is essential to avoid any risk of blockages in the digestive tract.

Both supplements are generally considered safe for most users when taken as directed, but those with pre-existing conditions or sensitivities should consult a healthcare provider before use to minimize any potential adverse effects.

My test of Hourglass Fit was clean, and I experienced no side effects.

User Reviews

While the testimonials and transformation photos featured on Hourglass Fit’s official website provide an inspiring glimpse into the supplement’s potential benefits, they naturally reflect the most positive outcomes.

We get a broader perspective when we look at more diverse review platforms like Amazon. Hourglass Fit scores 3.5 out of 5 on Amazon, where customer feedback is more varied.

Some women report positive experiences, noting improvements in appetite control, increased energy, and subtle weight loss.

However, several users also express mixed feelings about the results. While many acknowledge that the supplement works to some extent, they often mention that the changes were not as significant or transformative as expected.

Since there is no longer an official Leanbean website and no Amazon listing, there is a shortage of user reviews to research. The ones still online are on Trustpilot, and they are quite mixed. A few users noted positive effects, others experienced mild benefits, and others felt they’d wasted their money on the product.

My Experience With Leanbean And Hourglass Fit

Hourglass Fit had a relatively small impact on my weight loss journey, but it provided quite a few benefits. Despite the lack of caffeine, the supplement increased my energy levels to some extent. However, the effects on appetite suppression and feelings of satiety were far more pronounced.

Furthermore, my mood improved, making it easier to resist cravings and emotional eating. Overall, I shed ten pounds in three months. This may not seem dramatic, but it is a slow and patient approach, which many people can appreciate.

When I learned about Leanbean and the fact that people are still searching for it, the supplement was no longer available, so I have no firsthand experience with it.

Should You Choose Leanbean or Hourglass Fit?

Hourglass Fit is the only option since you can’t buy Leanbean anyway. But if you have used it before or you’ve heard or read positive things about it, rest assured that It is a fitting substitute.

It has a similar formula, with the main power coming from Glucomannan, but the presence of Capsimax and 5-HTP makes Hourglass Fit the better solution, even if Leanbean was available.

The supplement effectively suppresses appetite and cravings and helps immensely with satiety while enhancing your mental state and mood, both important for long-term commitments to diet and exercise.

Other options on the market have more fat-burning properties and can be better for ladies with more intense training routines, but Hourglass Fit is a product that delivers on its promises.
