Quick Verdict
PhenQ’s formulation targets 5 key areas of weight management and metabolic health for one of the most comprehensive natural solutions on the market.
Primeshred has a 3-stage approach and lacks appetite-suppressing components, making it inferior to PhenQ as a weight loss supplement.
PhenQ was a big aid in my weight loss journey, and its effects on all areas, like cravings and appetite suppression, boosted metabolism, and reduced fat accumulation, were clearly noticeable.
Primeshred delivers as an energy booster and mood enhancer, but overall, it’s not nearly as effective as PhenQ.

What Is Primeshred
A cutting-edge fat-burning pill called PrimeShred makes it easier for users to reach their fitness and weight loss goals.
Because of its potent combination of scientifically verified components, it has made a name for itself in the competitive environment of dietary supplements.
PrimeShred complements any fitness regimen aimed at toning and muscle retention because it plays a vital role in accelerating the fat-burning process while maintaining lean muscle mass.
Some formulas may be more suited for women; however, PrimeShred is primarily intended for men. It is produced by Health Nutrition Limited, a company renowned for producing premium supplements.
The product is made in a facility that has received FDA approval and GMP certification in the United States, guaranteeing strict quality control standards.
My Primeshred review goes into detail about the formula and my experience.
What Is PhenQ
PhenQ is a popular dietary supplement acclaimed for its ability to help people lose weight by combining multiple benefits into one supplement.
It is designed to aid in fat loss, reduce appetite, boost energy, and prevent the production of new fat cells.
Unlike many other weight loss solutions, PhenQ claims to attack weight control from multiple angles, addressing the various factors contributing to weight gain.
The recipe contains natural components including caffeine, capsicum extract, and a-Lacys Reset®, which work together to stimulate metabolism, reduce food cravings, and improve mood.
PhenQ is commonly promoted as a comprehensive, multi-action solution for people who want to lose weight and live a better lifestyle.
My PhenQ review goes into detail about the formula and my experience.
Primeshred vs. PhenQ Main Differences
Benefits
Primeshred and PhenQ are popular supplements that offer distinct benefits for individuals seeking to improve their weight loss efforts and overall fitness.
Primeshred is specifically designed for those looking to achieve a lean physique by promoting fat loss while maintaining muscle mass.
It works by increasing thermogenesis, boosting metabolism, and enhancing energy levels, making it easier to stay active and burn calories throughout the day.
Additionally, Primeshred includes ingredients that support mental focus and reduce fatigue, helping users maintain motivation and concentration during workouts.
PhenQ, on the other hand, provides a more comprehensive approach to weight management by addressing multiple aspects of fat loss.
It enhances fat burning and helps suppress appetite, making it easier to control calorie intake. PhenQ’s formula also prevents the production of new fat cells, ensuring long-term results.
Moreover, it includes mood-enhancing ingredients that can help counteract the emotional strain often associated with dieting, making the weight loss journey smoother and more sustainable.
Primeshred and PhenQ offer unique advantages depending on individual goals, whether focusing on cutting fat and preserving muscle or achieving a more holistic approach to weight management.
These supplements can serve as valuable tools for those seeking to optimize their fitness and health routines.
Ingredients
Primeshred and PhenQ have comprehensive and transparent ingredient lists with more than a few shared components. However, they also differ in their potential efficacy and target users.
It’s important to note that both are supplements rich in stimulants. PhenQ contains only caffeine, while Primeshred utilizes caffeine, green tea, and green coffee.
Caffeine is a well-known stimulant that promotes alertness and reduces weariness. In addition to these benefits, the substance increases metabolic rate, promoting fat loss.
Studies have shown that coffee can increase resting metabolic rate by 3-11% [6][7]. PhenQ contains 150 mg of caffeine, and Primeshred has 225 mg.
Furthermore, Primshred includes 500 mg of green tea extract, which increases the caffeine dose. However, green tea has several more benefits.
It contains significant levels of antioxidants, particularly catechins, which boost metabolic rate and promote more efficient fat burning.
Studies demonstrate that combining caffeine with catechins can increase calorie expenditure and fat oxidation, making it an ideal ingredient for a fat-burning supplement.
Additionally, Primeshred has green coffee extract. Green Coffee Beans are rich in chlorogenic acids, which have been shown to promote weight loss by reducing the absorption of fat and glucose in the gut and lowering insulin levels, which improves metabolism [14].
A shared component between the two is capsicum, which is the active component of red chili peppers. Capsicum has strong thermogenic properties that increase metabolism.
Capsaicinoids have been shown to induce thermogenesis, increase fat oxidation, and decrease appetite [8].
Primeshred has a higher cayenne pepper dose of 200 mg.
Piperine is another common component. This black pepper extract increases the bioavailability of other nutrients, allowing the body to absorb them more effectively, which is why it is commonly found in supplements [2][3].
The last common component of both formulations is vitamins B3, B6, and B12. B vitamins are essential for various functions, such as metabolic health and energy production.
A-Lacys Reset, a proprietary blend of alpha-lipoic acid and cysteine, is a significant PhenQ ingredient.
It’s intended to increase metabolism and accelerate the body’s thermogenic processes, helping you to burn more calories.
In clinical trials, people who took a-Lacys Reset lost 7.24% of their body fat, 3.44% of their body weight, and increased muscle mass by 3.80% [9].
Another intriguing PhenQ component is chromium picolinate. This mineral regulates blood glucose levels and curbs appetites for carbohydrates and sugars.
A study found that people who took chromium picolinate consumed less food, were less hungry, and had a lower craving for fat [4].
PhenQ also contains Innoslim, a blend of Astragalus membranaceous and Panax notoginseng extracts. Innoslim has been proven to increase adiponectin levels, which regulate glucose and fatty acid breakdown [5].
Primeshred contains strong adaptogens and stress-relieving substances such as L-Tyrosine, Rhodiola Rosea, and DMAE.
L-tyrosine is an amino acid that helps produce neurotransmitters such as dopamine and norepinephrine. This substance keeps your brain alert, which helps you stay motivated and focused on your workout goals [10][11].
Rhodiola rosea helps relieve fatigue and improve endurance. The plant is also known to increase oxygen utilization, which can improve exercise performance [12].
DMAE (Dimethylaminoethanol) at 150 mg in PrimeShred boosts cognitive performance by boosting acetylcholine production, a neurotransmitter necessary for brain function.
The substance boosts focus, alertness, and cognitive function, making it simpler to adhere to your training and diet regimen [13].
Effectiveness
PhenQ has a more comprehensive formulation and a broader approach to weight loss, making it the more effective of the two.
The supplement helped me lose 20 lbs in less than a month, which is much more than I expected.
One of the key benefits was the decreased appetite and improved satiety I experienced.
I also enjoyed elevated energy levels and mood, but appetite suppression was perhaps the biggest factor in my weight loss. Of course, the product’s metabolism-boosting properties also shouldn’t be understated.
Primeshred has many advantages; however, the weight loss I experienced was less impressive. The high caffeine dose, along with green tea and green coffee, and adequately dosed nootropics such as DMAE and Rhodiola Rosea, significantly impact energy levels, mood, and motivation, making sticking to a strict training schedule much simpler than it would be otherwise.
However, the fat-burning benefits are not as robust, and the solid cayenne pepper dose did not significantly affect my weight in the test.
Clinical Research
Clinical research on supplements like Primeshred and PhenQ often focuses on the individual ingredients rather than the formulas, as these products typically contain blends of well-known, scientifically studied compounds.
Primeshred contains green tea extract, caffeine anhydrous, and cayenne pepper. Green tea extract, for instance, is rich in catechins and has been shown in various studies to promote fat oxidation and boost metabolism.
A study published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition found that green tea extract can significantly increase fat burning, particularly during exercise.
Caffeine anhydrous, another key ingredient, has been widely researched and is known to enhance energy levels, mental focus, and fat metabolism.
Research also supports the ability of cayenne pepper, through its active compound capsaicin, to increase thermogenesis and metabolic rate.
PhenQ combines ingredients such as a-Lacys Reset®, a proprietary blend of alpha-lipoic acid and cysteine, caffeine, nopal cactus, and L-carnitine fumarate.
a-Lacys Reset® is supported by clinical studies showing its effectiveness in boosting metabolism and reducing body weight and fat percentage.
Nopal cactus is rich in fiber, which can help suppress appetite. It has also been researched for its potential to help regulate blood sugar levels.
L-carnitine fumarate has been studied for its role in fat metabolism, as it helps transport fatty acids into cells to be used as energy, which can assist in fat loss.
While both Primeshred and PhenQ contain ingredients with solid clinical backing, it’s important to note that individual responses can vary.
Although these supplements offer promise based on research, they work best when combined with proper diet and exercise for sustainable results.
Side Effects
Primeshred and PhenQ, while generally well-tolerated, can cause some side effects, mostly due to their stimulant content and certain active ingredients.
For Primeshred, the caffeine anhydrous and other stimulants may lead to side effects like jitteriness, headaches, insomnia, and increased heart rate, especially in those sensitive to caffeine. Some users may also experience digestive discomfort from ingredients like cayenne pepper extract.
PhenQ also contains caffeine, which can lead to similar issues such as nervousness, sleep disturbances, or rapid heartbeat. Additionally, ingredients like nopal cactus and L-carnitine fumarate may cause mild gastrointestinal problems.
Both supplements can interact with certain medications or health conditions, so I would advise individuals with sensitivities or pre-existing health conditions to be extra vigilant.
User Reviews
Many people have achieved excellent results with PrimeShred. One user on a renowned fitness forum said that PrimeShred significantly enhanced their energy levels throughout workouts.
They saw an undeniable increase in stamina and endurance, which allowed them to work more and produce greater outcomes.
While many customers had positive experiences, several identified areas where PrimeShred might improve.
Some customers said they didn’t notice significant changes until several weeks of consistent use.
These customers noted that, while the product eventually delivered on its claims, it required patience and attention, which may be unsuitable for people looking for quick fixes.
Taste and convenience were also minor points of contention. Some buyers complained that the pills were too large, making swallowing difficult.
Although not a deal-breaker for most people, it was significant for those who have difficulties taking medications.
Reading about PhenQ’s effects online shows that the product’s effect may vary greatly from person to person. Some experience only moderate weight reduction, while others undergo dramatic transformations.
According to consumers, the best outcomes occur after several months of use. For others, like me, a month is enough to get the desired results, but for most people, more time is needed for sustainable weight loss.
And as is the case with every supplement, not everyone is happy. Some report only minor effects even after prolonged use, while others claim they’ve seen no benefits.

My Experience With Primeshred And PhenQ
I had a fantastic experience with PhenQ. I was surprised I could shed twenty pounds in under a month. A healthy diet and regular exercise were the foundations of my weight loss journey, but I’ve never had such fast results.
My typical intense hunger after exercise diminished during the first week of using PhenQ. By the end of the second week, I felt energized and capable of pushing myself to my physical limits.
My primary goal was to lose weight, which I achieved, but I was also pleased to see a marked improvement in my mood.
Primeshred is also an effective energy booster. The mix effectively boosts physical energy and mental power, focus, and motivation, all of which are essential for anyone serious about training, whether with weights or in sports.
However, I haven’t noticed any effects on my hunger levels, and the metabolism and fat-burning portion of the formulation failed to produce the expected effects.
Although I lost a couple of pounds, this was too little compared to other products, including PhenQ.
Should You Choose Primeshred or PhenQ
PhenQ has helped me lose the most weight in the shortest time since I was competing and cutting weight, so it’s easy to recommend it over most other fat burners.
The product includes some unique blends, which I am usually highly suspicious of, but in this case, they are not made to hide low dosages and are backed up by science.
The product promises to attack 5 areas of metabolic health and weight management, and in my experience, it delivers on those promises.
Primeshred is not a bad product. It works excellently as a physical and mental power booster and quickens the body’s thermogenesis. However, it lacks potent appetite suppressors and does not perform to the level of PhenQ.
