With hundreds of options on the market, women on a mission to lose weight can feel overwhelmed when trying to find a good supplement. My series of individual reviews and comparison articles aims to clear the water and help men and women make the right supplement choices.

PhenQ is a highly praised natural fat burner, but Leanbean is, too, so choosing between the two is not easy.

But despite LeanBean’s positive reviews and solid formulation, the company has closed its doors, and the supplement is no longer available. However, people are still searching for it, so I will provide you with a detailed comparison with PhenQ so you can decide if it’s a worthy replacement.

Quick Verdict

PhenQ is an outstanding natural weight loss supplement. A few different supplements have been effective for me when I needed to shed a few stubborn pounds of fat, but almost none have been as powerful as PhenQ.

The clever formulation works as intended and provides invaluable help in weight management by attacking all of its aspects, such as appetite suppression, increased metabolism and thermogenesis, and booster energy levels.

So, if you’ve used Leanbean before or it was recommended to you, know that PhenQ is an even better substitute.

PhenQ Weight Loss Supplement

What Is PhenQ

PhenQ is a popular dietary supplement that promotes weight loss by integrating multiple strategies into a single, easy-to-take pill.

Unlike many weight loss products that target only one component of weight management—such as fat burning or appetite suppression—PhenQ is designed to address multiple critical areas at once. This multifaceted approach attempts to maximize weight loss while improving overall health.

It’s what makes it one of my best fat burners for men over 40.

The solution contains natural substances like capsicum extract, caffeine, nopal cactus, and ?-Lacys Reset®, a proprietary blend intended to boost metabolism and thermogenesis.

These components work together to improve the body’s ability to burn fat, decrease appetite, prevent fat production, and increase energy levels.

By addressing these various facets of weight control, PhenQ hopes to give a comprehensive solution for anyone trying to lose extra weight.

What Is LeanBean

Leanbean is a dietary supplement designed exclusively for women seeking to lose weight. As weight loss products flood the market, Leanbean claims to stand out with its unique formulation adapted to women’s bodies.

This means it is intended to target the specific metabolic and hormonal changes that frequently make weight loss difficult for women.

The components in Leanbean work together to address several aspects of weight loss. For example, glucomannan aids appetite control by inducing a sense of fullness, making it simpler to stay at a caloric deficit.

Choline directly supports the body’s ability to burn fat, whereas green coffee and turmeric boost the metabolic rate.

Garcinia Cambogia helps to manage hunger and reduce fat accumulation, both of which are necessary for long-term weight loss.

PhenQ vs. LeanBean Main Differences

Benefits

PhenQ is well-known for its holistic approach to weight loss. It combines several methods into a single supplement to burn fat, suppress hunger, inhibit fat formation, and increase energy.

PhenQ’s components, including caffeine, capsicum extract, and ?-Lacys Reset®, promote metabolism, thermogenesis, mood, and energy.

This makes it especially useful for anyone looking for an all-in-one solution to help them lose weight while retaining a positive attitude and high energy levels.

One of Leanbean’s primary advantages is its ability to suppress appetite naturally. The supplement contains glucomannan, a dietary fiber that expands in the stomach when taken with water, creating a feeling of fullness and reducing the urge to overeat.

In addition to appetite control, LeanBean promotes fat burning. Unlike many weight loss supplements that rely heavily on stimulants, LeanBean provides these benefits with minimal caffeine content, making it a more suitable option for those sensitive to stimulants.

LeanBean also contributes to overall energy and focus, which can be crucial during weight loss. The inclusion of vitamins B6 and B12 helps support normal energy metabolism, reduce feelings of fatigue, and support an active lifestyle.

Ingredients

The two supplements use natural components designed to boost metabolism, burn fat, restrict hunger, and improve training performance and recovery.

Although some substances overlap, the two formulations are separate, offering different but equally thorough approaches to weight loss.

Phen Q contains A-Lacys Reset, a patented mix of alpha-lipoic acid and cysteine.

It is meant to boost metabolism and speed up the body’s thermogenic processes, allowing you to burn more calories. In clinical research, participants who used a-Lacys Reset lost 7.24% of their body fat and 3.44% of their body weight and increased muscle mass by 3.80% [1].

PhenQ’s Capsimax Powder contains capsicum, piperine, caffeine, and niacin, a highly powerful combination of fat burners.

Piperine (black pepper) boosts the bioavailability of other nutrients, enhancing the formula’s efficiency. [2][3]. Black Pepper is also included in the LeanBean formulation, making it more effective.

Capsicum comes from red chili peppers and has thermogenic characteristics that boost metabolism. Capsaicinoids have been demonstrated to stimulate thermogenesis, boost fat oxidation, and reduce appetite [10].

This chemical uses the heat from capsaicin to increase calorie expenditure without the unpleasant burning sensation that might occur when consuming spicy foods directly.

PhenQ and LeanBean also contain Chromium Picolinate.

Chromium Picolinate is a mineral that controls blood glucose levels and curbs cravings for carbohydrates and sugars. A study found that chromium picolinate participants had lower food consumption, hunger, and desire for fat [4].

For energy stimulation, both supplements leverage the power of caffeine.

Caffeine is a well-known stimulant that improves alertness and reduces weariness. Caffeine also increases metabolic rate, which aids fat loss. According to a study, caffeine can boost the resting metabolic rate by 3-11% [6][7].

PhenQ also contains a blend called Innoslim, which consists of extracts of Astragalus membranaceous and Panax notoginseng. Innoslim has been proven to increase adiponectin levels, a hormone that regulates glucose and fatty acid breakdown [11].

Iodine joins the list of PhenQ ingredients. Iodine is required for normal thyroid function, which regulates metabolism [9].

PhenQ contains significant amounts of vitamins B3, B6, and B12, which improve brain function and energy levels. These vitamins are essential for any weight reduction pill.

Leanbean also contains vitamins B6 and B12 in its mix.

PhenQ contains Nopal Cactus, a fiber-rich plant that aids in appetite reduction. Studies have also shown that nopal can help lower hunger and fat absorption, leading to long-term weight loss [8].

The amino acid L-carnitine fumarate found in PhenQ helps transform stored fat into energy, improving physical performance and lowering fatigue [5].

Glucomannan, a dietary fiber produced from the root of the Konjac plant, is an essential component of LeanBean. It is well recognized for its ability to absorb water and expand in the stomach, creating a sense of fullness.

LeanBean contains turmeric, which is known for its anti-inflammatory properties. Additional noteworthy components of the supplement are Chromium Picolinate and Zinc. Zinc is involved in various aspects of cellular metabolism, including immune function and protein synthesis.

Chromium picolinate helps control blood sugar levels, reducing cravings for sugary foods and making it easier to stick to a healthy diet.

Effectiveness

I used PhenQ for a month and lost 20 pounds, far exceeding my expectations. While I was highly diligent with my food and workouts, effort alone never generated such results, but with PhenQ, the rate of weight loss was remarkable.

Keep in mind that these rapid results are unlikely to happen with every user. Even PhenQ does not promise miracles, and its website shows that the journey to sustained weight loss takes weeks and months. Additionally, the end result is highly dependent on individual biology, lifestyle, and other factors.

I haven’t tried LeanBean since it’s no longer available. But from what I gather by analyzing the ingredients list and reading online reviews from past users, the product was effective and has helped many women reach their goals.

Clinical Research

Research supports PhenQ’s recipe and its major components, including ?-Lacys Reset®, a proprietary mix of alpha-lipoic acid and cysteine. Studies indicate that ?-Lacys Reset® can enhance metabolism and accelerate thermogenesis, resulting in increased fat burning.

Furthermore, the scientific literature well-documents substances used in PhenQ, including capsicum extract and caffeine, for their metabolism-boosting and appetite-suppressing properties.

LeanBean’s ingredients are also well supported by science. Its key component, glucomannan, has been clinically researched for its effectiveness in weight loss. Studies show that glucomannan helps reduce appetite by expanding in the stomach, creating a sense of fullness.

Additionally, the vitamins and minerals in LeanBean, like choline and B vitamins, support fat metabolism and energy production, backed by research into their role in maintaining metabolic health.

Though direct clinical studies on the complete formulations of both supplements are limited, the research on their individual ingredients supports their efficacy in aiding weight loss.

Side Effects

While PhenQ and LeanBean are marketed as natural weight loss supplements, they may cause side effects, especially if not taken as directed or if an individual has sensitivities to certain ingredients.

PhenQ contains caffeine and Capsimax powder (a capsicum extract), both of which can cause mild side effects like jitteriness, increased heart rate, or difficulty sleeping, particularly for individuals sensitive to stimulants.

Other potential side effects include digestive issues such as nausea or upset stomach, especially when starting the supplement. I was one of the users who had to go through some slight stomach issues while my body was getting used to the new supplement.

Though generally well-tolerated, users should avoid taking PhenQ too late in the day to reduce the risk of insomnia due to its caffeine content.

LeanBean also contains caffeine, but the green coffee extract contains less caffeine, and experiencing jitters and other stimulant side effects is unlikely.

The glucomannan in LeanBean, which expands in the stomach to suppress appetite, may cause digestive issues such as bloating, gas, or discomfort if not taken with enough water.

To avoid the risk of blockages in the digestive tract, it is essential to follow the recommended dosage and ensure adequate hydration when taking glucomannan.

User Reviews

Looking through internet reviews, I have seen many great results with PhenQ, ranging from modest weight loss to significant changes.

The most impressive results come from those who have committed to the product for a few months. Others simply need a little push, and PhenQ helps them reach their goals in as little as one month, which is also what happened to me.

Not every review is favorable. Some claim slight changes even on a strict diet and rigorous fitness program.

Like any supplement, some haven’t seen any results.

Since LeanBean is no longer available, most reviews are also gone. The ones still online are on Trustpilot and show a mixed picture. Some women are really happy with the results and report losing serious weight when they committed to the supplement.

Others do not see such extensive benefits, while others claim they haven’t seen any, even after prolonged use. A few reviews also detail their poor interactions with customer support and problems when they tried to get a refund.

My Experience With PhenQ And LeanBean

With PhenQ, I had a fantastic experience. Surprisingly, I lost 20 pounds in a little over three weeks. Although maintaining a balanced diet and strict training routine was the backbone of my weight loss, I had never before witnessed such quick results, even following the same routines.

During the first week of taking PhenQ, I felt less hungry, and at the end of the second week, I had more energy and could workout harder than before.

While weight loss was the main result, I was also happy to notice my mood was much better. Because of this, I was more pleasant to be around and easier to resist the urge to eat junk food or skip workouts.

The product’s downside was the gas and bloating I experienced for a few days. To be honest, this wasn’t terrible, and the results are worth it, but it was a part of my experience, so I need to share it.

Unfortunately, I didn’t get the chance to try LeanBean because it’s no longer available for purchase, so I don’t have anything to share in this section.

Should You Choose PhenQ or LeanBean?

Since LeanBean can no longer be purchased, this comparison will help determine whether PhenQ is a worthy replacement for people who have used It or have received recommendations for it.

The clear answer is yes. Even if LeanBean was available, judging by the formulation and my experience with PhenQ, I believe it is a better product.

The PhenQ formulation has a wider scope of benefits, including ? more significant energy boost and mood enhancement, in addition to the main weight management effects both supplements possess.
