Quick Verdict
Zotrim is an effective weight loss supplement with a gentle approach strongly backed by science. It is a comprehensive solution that works by suppressing appetite, helping you feel more satiated, and raising energy, mood, and motivation.
This makes adhering to a diet drastically easier, which is the biggest roadblock for most people who want to lose weight.
Leanbean was a solid weight loss supplement, but the company has closed its doors. If you’ve taken Leanbean before or someone recommended it, you can instead trust Zotrim as an assistant on your weight loss journey.

Winner
Zotrim is the superior weight loss supplement because of superior ability to suppress appetite and the clinical research backing this formulation for many years.
LeanBean is no longer in business but even if it was, it’s not as effective as Zotrim for weight loss.
What Is Zotrim
Zotrim is a weight loss supplement that has gained popularity due to its natural ingredients and effectiveness. It contains natural components known for their hunger-suppressing and energy-boosting properties.
Zotrim stands out from other weight reduction supplements because of its strong scientific foundation.
Several clinical trials have shown Zotrim’s efficacy. For example, one study discovered that Zotrim users consumed much fewer calories and felt fuller than individuals who took a placebo.
Its appetite-suppressant properties make it a helpful tool for those who struggle to control their caloric intake.
My Zotrim review details the clinical research backing it and my experience.
What Is Leanbean
Leanbean is a dietary supplement designed exclusively for women seeking to lose weight. As weight loss products flood the market, Leanbean claims to stand out with its unique formulation adapted to women’s bodies.
This means it is intended to target the specific metabolic and hormonal changes that frequently make weight loss difficult for women.
The components in Leanbean work together to address several aspects of weight loss. For example, glucomannan aids appetite control by inducing a sense of fullness, making it simpler to stay at a caloric deficit.
Choline directly supports the body’s ability to burn fat, whereas green coffee and turmeric boost the metabolic rate.
Garcinia Cambogia helps to manage hunger and reduce fat accumulation, both of which are necessary for long-term weight loss.

Zotrim vs. LeanBean Test Main Differences
Benefits
Zotrim and Leanbean are two popular weight loss supplements that cater to different groups but share some common benefits. Both aim to support individuals in their weight loss journeys by suppressing appetite, increasing energy levels, and promoting fat loss.
Zotrim is an herbal weight loss supplement known for its appetite-suppressing properties. It contains a blend of natural ingredients like yerba mate, guarana, and damiana, which have been used for centuries to reduce hunger and boost energy.
By curbing appetite, Zotrim helps individuals manage their portion sizes and avoid unhealthy snacking, making it easier to maintain a calorie deficit, which is crucial for weight loss.
Its ingredients are also known for increasing energy levels and enhancing focus, which can improve overall daily productivity and support regular exercise routines.
On the other hand, Leanbean is a fat burner marketed primarily to women. It is designed to target stubborn fat areas and enhance metabolic activity. Leanbean contains ingredients like glucomannan, a dietary fiber that helps with satiety, and natural stimulants like green coffee and turmeric, which promote fat metabolism.
Its low-stimulant formula sets Leanbean apart, making it a gentler option for those sensitive to caffeine. This allows users to experience an energy boost without the jittery side effects commonly associated with many other fat-burning supplements.
Ingredients
The two supplements employ only natural ingredients, but unlike many other weight management products, they use distinct approaches and have no common ingredients other than caffeine.
Zotrim contains Yerba Mate, Guarana, Damiana, and caffeine.
Yerba Mate contains various active compounds, including xanthines, caffeine-like stimulants, and saponins, known to have anti-inflammatory properties. Regarding weight loss, Yerba Mate stands out since it can boost metabolism and suppress hunger.
Zotrim contains 75 mg of caffeine, sourced from guarana and yerba mate. This is slightly less than a standard cup of espresso with 90-100 mg of caffeine.
Guarana, which contains twice as much caffeine as coffee beans, is very useful for boosting metabolism and sharpening focus. It is found in Zotrim at a concentration of 95 mg, which was carefully optimized to maximize its benefits.
Damiana is an old herbal remedy used in traditional medicine for centuries, and Zotrim has 36mg of it. The plant works by altering neurotransmitters, boosting mood, and reducing stress.
The key component of Leanbean is Glucomannan. This dietary fiber is derived from the root of the konjac plant. It is well-known for its powerful appetite-suppressant qualities [1].
It expands in the stomach when consumed, creating a sense of fullness, which might help reduce overall food consumption.
The supplement contains vitamins B12 and B6. B12 is crucial for maintaining energy levels, while B6 aids in the metabolism of proteins, fats, and carbohydrates [2][3].
Leanbean also contains caffeine in the form of green coffee extract. In addition to the energy boost typical of caffeine, green coffee also contains chlorogenic acid, which can inhibit fat absorption and glucose release in the body [4][5].
Next is Choline, an essential nutrient supporting fat metabolism. It helps the body use fat for energy and prevents fat buildup in the liver [6].
Turmeric is popular for its anti-inflammatory properties. It’s commonly used in joint supplements, but in a weight management product, it works by diminishing inflammation, which can be expected when reducing calories and increasing workout frequency and intensity [7].
Other ingredients in Leanbean include Acai Berry, garcinia cambogia, Zinc, chromium picolinate, and Black pepper extract.
These components have various appetite-suppressing and metabolism-supporting properties, while black pepper increases the absorption and efficacy of the entire formulation.
Effectiveness
In the two months I’ve used Zotrim, I’ve observed a gradual but consistent weight loss. The main benefits of the supplement were increased energy levels, improved mood, and, most of all, noticeably decreased appetite and cravings, which made sticking to my calorie goals a breeze.
Unfortunately, I haven’t tried Leanbean as it’s no longer available. But judging from the ingredients list and dosage, I think the product was an effective weight loss supplement for women.
Clinical Research
One of Zotrim’s main selling advantages is its clinical proof. To my knowledge, this is the only weight reduction product that has undergone successful clinical studies on its entire formulation. Here is what science demonstrates:
When taken before meals, Zotrim has been found to decrease stomach emptying, increase feelings of fullness, and reduce food consumption [8].
In trials, users saw significant weight loss in a short period of time, with some studies revealing significant decreases in body weight and waist circumference [9].
Zotrim also reduces appetite between meals, which decreases snacking [10].
LeanBean’s components are also scientifically supported. Its major component, glucomannan, has been clinically studied for its weight loss properties.
Studies have shown that glucomannan reduces hunger by expanding in the stomach, resulting in a sense of fullness.
Furthermore, according to research into their involvement in metabolic health, LeanBean contains vitamins and minerals such as choline and B vitamins, which help fat metabolism and energy production.
Though direct clinical studies on LeanBean’s complete formulation are lacking, evidence of its ingredients supports its efficacy in weight loss.
Side Effects
While Zotrim and Leanbean are generally considered safe due to their natural ingredients, some users may experience side effects, especially if they are sensitive to certain compounds.
Zotrim’s herbal ingredients, such as yerba mate and guarana, contain caffeine, which can lead to jitteriness, headaches, or trouble sleeping in individuals sensitive to stimulants.
These effects are usually mild but can be more noticeable if taken in high doses or late in the day. Additionally, some users might experience digestive issues like nausea or stomach upset as their bodies adjust to the supplement.
Leanbean is formulated with low stimulants, which minimizes the risk of jittery feelings often associated with fat burners.
However, its high glucomannan content, a fiber that expands in the stomach to promote fullness, can sometimes cause bloating, gas, or digestive discomfort if not consumed with enough water.
In rare cases, users may also experience mild allergic reactions to some of its natural ingredients.
I have not experienced side effects during my Zotrim trial.
User Reviews
Many clients have given Zotrim positive feedback, citing considerable progress in their weight management journey. Many people report that they quickly gained more sustained energy and found it easier to resist food cravings.
While most reviews were positive, there were a few criticisms that future customers should be aware of.
Several consumers reported that the effects of Zotrim took longer to come through than those of other supplements they had tried.
Reviews also claimed minor side effects, such as moderate gastrointestinal discomfort. However, these incidents were rare and were usually resolved within a few days.
Most reviews disappeared when LeanBean was discontinued. The ones that remain online are on Trustpilot and present a mixed picture. Some women are really pleased with the outcomes and report dropping significant weight after committing to the supplement.
Others do not experience such significant benefits, and some claim to have seen none at all, even after long-term use. A few reviews also mention their negative interaction with customer service and issues getting a refund.

My Experience Zotrim and LeanBean
My experience with Zotrim was pleasant, beneficial, and issue-free.
The first indicator of Zotrim’s effectiveness was an improvement in energy after a few days of use. Unlike coffee, which picks me up immediately but then the energy crashes, Zotrim provides more sustained energy.
Then came the reduced appetite, which was a huge assistance in resisting cravings, especially in the evening when I often slip and eat something that gets me further from my goals.
Another noticeable benefit was my mood and overall feeling of well-being. This also helps when on a weight loss mission because it’s easier not to slip into bad habits when you are in high spirits.
After a few months on Zotrim, I experienced slow but steady weight loss. The product delivers on its promises of giving energy, mood enhancement, and appetite suppression. While the results are not groundbreaking and take some time, the gradual approach is usually more sustainable.
Given that I haven’t tried Leanbean, I have no experience to share with you.
Should You Choose Zotrim or LeanBean?
Leanbean is no longer produced, so the two have no real choice. Usually, this would make such a comparison article meaningless, but people are still searching for Leanbean, and I aim to help them find suitable replacements.
Zotrim is definitely one of them. For example, it has a more focused approach than products like PhenQ, but sometimes this is better. Zotrim promises decreased appetite, a sense of fullness with a lot less food, fewer cravings, and improved energy and mood, and it delivers on these promises.
This makes it an excellent product for sustained and gradual weight loss. The results are not quick, but the product’s gentle approach makes maintaining a caloric deficit significantly easier and can help you lose weight without too much effort.
