Quick Verdict
PhenQ is my absolute favorite natural weight loss supplement because it helped me lose the most weight in the least amount compared to any other product.
It worked perfectly alongside my solid diet and training routine, and I can recommend it to people serious about their efforts.
Hourglass Fit is also an excellent product and is the better solution for women who do not train as much but struggle more with diet choices and emotional stress.
The supplement tackles both effectively and can be a game changer for your weight loss journey.

Winner
While both weight loss supplements are effective, I favor PhenQ. The 5 stage multi-faceted approach to weight loss is unique to this fat burner and was very effective for me.
That doesn’t discount Hourglass Fit. It is better suited for female biology to reduce cravings and appetite.
What Is PhenQ
PhenQ is a popular dietary supplement marketed as a weight loss solution that combines multiple benefits into one pill. It is designed to support fat burning, suppress appetite, boost energy levels, and prevent the production of new fat cells.
Unlike many other weight loss supplements, PhenQ claims to approach weight management through several mechanisms, addressing the various factors contributing to weight gain.
The formula contains natural ingredients like caffeine, capsicum extract, and a-Lacys Reset®, which work together to enhance metabolism, reduce food cravings, and improve overall mood.
PhenQ is often promoted as a comprehensive, multi-action solution for individuals looking to lose weight and maintain a healthier lifestyle.
However, as with any supplement, results may vary, and for optimal outcomes, it is recommended to use PhenQ in conjunction with a balanced diet and regular exercise.

What Is Hourglass Fit
Hourglass Fit is a premium weight loss product created particularly for women. It stands out in the crowded dietary supplement market because of its distinct recipe, which addresses the unique needs and obstacles women frequently confront when attempting to lose weight.
Hourglass Fit is produced by Roar Ambition, which makes popular supplements, including Prime Male, Instant Knockout Cut, and Hunter Burn.
Their devotion to excellence is also shown in their manufacturing method. They manufacture it in facilities that adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), guaranteeing that each bottle satisfies high standards of safety and consistency.

PhenQ vs. Hourglass Fit Main Differences
Benefits
PhenQ and Hourglass Fit are dietary supplements designed to assist with weight loss but target different aspects of the process.
PhenQ offers a range of benefits by working through multiple mechanisms. It helps burn fat, suppresses appetite, boosts energy levels, and inhibits the formation of new fat cells.
Additionally, it includes ingredients like a-Lacys Reset® to accelerate metabolism and promote thermogenesis, aiding in faster fat loss.
Its multi-action formula aims to tackle various factors that can lead to weight gain, making it a versatile option for those seeking a more comprehensive approach.
On the other hand, Hourglass Fit is marketed toward women and emphasizes a natural, stimulant-free formula. It’s one reason it’s ranked my best fat burner for women over 50.
It focuses on reducing food cravings, supporting fat metabolism, and improving energy without the jittery side effects often associated with caffeine-heavy products.
With ingredients like glucomannan, which promotes feelings of fullness, Hourglass Fit aims to help users maintain a calorie deficit while providing essential nutrients.
It’s designed to complement a healthy lifestyle and promote steady and sustainable weight loss. It is tailored specifically to women’s needs.
Both supplements offer unique benefits, but PhenQ’s multi-faceted approach may appeal to those seeking a comprehensive solution.
At the same time, Hourglass Fit is an excellent choice for women seeking a more gentle, targeted weight loss aid.
Ingredients
The two supplements have transparent ingredient lists and comprehensive formulations. In this section, we’ll examine the individual properties of most of the components.
I will start with PhenQ’s comprehensive formulation.
A-Lacys Reset is a patented mix of alpha-lipoic acid and cysteine.
It’s designed to enhance metabolism and accelerate the body’s thermogenic processes, allowing you to burn more calories. In clinical trials, subjects who took a-Lacys Reset lost 7.24% of their body fat and 3.44% of their body weight and increased muscle mass by 3.80% [1].
PhenQ’s Capsimax Powder contains capsicum, piperine, caffeine, and niacin, which is a very potent combination of fat burners.
Piperine (black pepper) boosts the bioavailability of other nutrients, helping the body absorb them better [2][3].
Hourglass Fit also contains piperine, a great addition to every supplement.
Capsicum comes from red chili peppers and has thermogenic characteristics that boost metabolism. Capsaicinoids have been demonstrated to stimulate thermogenesis, boost fat oxidation, and reduce appetite [10].
Hourglass Fit has 100 mg of Capsimax, a potent dose certain to boost metabolism.
Chromium picolinate is part of PhenQ. This mineral controls blood glucose levels and curbs appetites for carbohydrates and sugar. A study found that chromium picolinate participants had lower food consumption, hunger, and desire for fat [4].
Caffeine is a well-known stimulant that increases alertness and decreases fatigue. Caffeine also boosts metabolic rate, which promotes fat reduction. According to a study, coffee can enhance the resting metabolic rate by 3–11% [6][7].
PhenQ also contains Innoslim, a combination of extracts from Astragalus membranaceous and Panax notoginseng. Innoslim has been proven to increase adiponectin levels, which regulate glucose and fatty acid breakdown [11].
Iodine is also an ingredient in PhenQ. Iodine is necessary for proper thyroid function, which regulates metabolism [9].
PhenQ contains high levels of vitamins B3, B6, and B12, which boost brain function and energy. These vitamins are essential for any weight loss supplements.
PhenQ includes Nopal Cactus, a fiber-rich plant that suppresses appetite. Studies have also shown that nopal can help reduce hunger and fat absorption, leading to long-term weight loss [8].
PhenQ contains the amino acid L-carnitine fumarate, which helps convert stored fat into energy, thereby increasing physical performance and decreasing weariness [5].
The key ingredient in Hourglass Fit is Glucomannan, a dietary fiber extracted from the Konjac plant. The dose is a whopping 3000 mg per serving, and the fiber’s function is to expand in the stomach and create a sense of fullness.
Many scientific studies support its efficacy, showing that it can significantly aid in weight loss when combined with a healthy diet and exercise [12].
The second crucial Hourglass Fit component is 5-HTP, a naturally occurring amino acid in the body that converts into serotonin. Serotonin is a neurotransmitter that regulates mood, hunger, and sleep. Hourglass Fit includes 150 mg of 5-HTP to address weight loss’s emotional and mental aspects [13].
Effectiveness
Both supplements are effective in a slightly different way. PhenQ has delivered the most rapid weight loss I’ve experienced since my weight-cutting days for competition.
In one month, I’ve lost 20 lbs. Of course, the cut was supercharged with a strict diet and training routine, but the contribution of PhenQ can’t be overstated.
Hourglass Fit is made for women, so I’m not the ideal user, but I decided to test it anyway. The effects were not as fast, but they were evident nonetheless, and the supplement helped me lose 10 lbs gradually and sustainably. Most of all, this was almost exclusively fat loss, which is very important.
Clinical Research
The clinical research behind PhenQ focuses primarily on its key ingredient, a-Lacys Reset®, a combination of alpha-lipoic acid and cysteine. Studies on a-Lacys Reset® have shown its potential to increase metabolism and induce thermogenesis, which helps the body burn more calories and fat.
Clinical trials have reported that participants using this compound experienced noticeable reductions in body weight, body fat, and muscle mass retention.
Research also supports other ingredients in PhenQ, such as caffeine and capsicum extract, indicating their effectiveness in boosting metabolism and fat oxidation.
While not as heavily reliant on proprietary ingredients, Hourglass Fit comprises well-researched, natural components.
Glucomannan, the main appetite suppressant in Hourglass Fit, has been studied for its ability to promote satiety by expanding in the stomach, leading to reduced food intake.
Clinical trials on glucomannan have demonstrated its effectiveness in supporting weight loss when used as part of a calorie-controlled diet.
Though both supplements contain ingredients supported by clinical studies, PhenQ stands out for its use of proprietary, research-backed compounds, while Hourglass Fit emphasizes well-established natural ingredients with a focus on gentle, long-term weight management.
Side Effects
While PhenQ and Hourglass Fit are generally well-tolerated when used as directed, they may still cause potential side effects depending on individual sensitivities and health conditions.
PhenQ contains stimulants like caffeine, which can lead to side effects such as jitteriness, insomnia, headaches, or increased heart rate, particularly in those sensitive to caffeine or who consume additional sources of it.
Due to the inclusion of appetite-suppressing ingredients, some users may also experience digestive discomfort, such as nausea or bloating.
It’s also important to note that while most ingredients are natural, their combined effects can still impact people with certain medical conditions or those taking specific medications.
Hourglass Fit is a stimulant-free formula that generally has fewer side effects, which is one of its key selling points.
However, its main ingredient, glucomannan, a fiber that expands in the stomach, can cause digestive issues like bloating, gas, or constipation if not taken with enough water.
Some individuals may also experience mild discomfort if they are sensitive to other ingredients, such as cayenne pepper extract, which may cause stomach irritation.
Regarding my own experience, there were no issues with Hourglass Fit, while PhenQ has caused mild stomach discomfort on a few occasions during the first week.
User Reviews
According to the reports I’ve read online, PhenQ produced many benefits, from minor weight loss to tremendous changes.
Those who have used the product for several months claim the best outcomes. Some folks, like me, only need a little push to attain their goals, and PhenQ can help them do it in as little as thirty days.
Not all reviews are positive, and some consumers have reported mixed results. While these reviewers did observe some effects, many felt they took too long and were only effective when combined with strict diet and exercise plans.
Complaints are common with any product, including PhenQ, and one of the main criticisms of it is the price. Some people believe the higher price is not justified compared to similar products on the market.
Hourglass Fit’s official website features testimonials accompanied by photos of women showing their transformations.
These are great, and I am sure the reviews are real, but we can gain a more authentic picture from places with more reviews, like Amazon.
The picture there is more mixed with a score of 3.5/5. Some women are happy with the results, but quite a few share they’ve seen the benefits, but they are not as special or profound as they would’ve hoped for.

My Experience With PhenQ And Hourglass Fit
Using PhenQ was a fantastic experience for me. I lost twenty pounds in a little over three weeks, which was somewhat surprising.
My weight loss was based on a healthy diet and regular exercise, but I haven’t seen such quick results from these methods in years.
After the first week of using PhenQ, my typical high appetite subsided, and by the end of the second week, I felt energized and could push myself to my physical limits.
Although losing weight was the main goal, I was pleasantly surprised to notice a marked improvement in my mood. I became more pleasant to be around and less likely to give in to cravings for unhealthy food.
Hourglass Fit had a milder effect on my weight loss journey. Despite the lack of caffeine, the supplement managed to lift my energy levels, at least to a degree.
However, the effects on appetite suppression and satiety after eating less food than usual were much more noticeable.
Moreover, my mood improved, and resisting cravings and emotional eating became much easier than usual. Overall, I lost 10 lbs in three months. This may not sound dramatic, but it’s a gradual and gentle approach many people can appreciate.
Should You Choose PhenQ or Hourglass Fit?
I can recommend both PhenQ and Hourglass Fit. While they share the same goal, their approaches and target audiences differ, so both can be good solutions depending on the user.
PhenQ is the better product overall because it provides a more complete weight loss method. It’s fantastic at helping you burn fat and boost your metabolism, while the stimulants help even further by providing enough energy for training.
Hourglass Fit is also a comprehensive weight loss supplement, but it’s designed for women, and its strongest effects are appetite suppression and feeling full. So, if you train a lot and want fast results, go for PhenQ, regardless of your gender.
But if you are a woman who wants a gentler approach and an indispensable aid in battling bad diet habits and emotional eating, Hourglass Fit can be the better solution.
