Quick Verdict

Phengold is a solid weight management supplement. Its main focus is providing energy, improving mood and focus, and keeping motivation high with a stack of potent and well-dosed components.

Its key characteristic is that it’s high in stimulants, but it also utilizes ingredients to curb the possible side effects of caffeine.

Leanbean is no longer available, but for people who have used it before, Phengold offers a more aggressive approach to weight loss, combining stimulants with metabolism and thermogenic boosters.

What Is LeanBean

LeanBean is a weight loss product that targets women specifically. There are a lot of weight loss solutions out there, but Leanbean stands out thanks to its special recipe that works for women.

What this means is that it is designed to address the particular hormonal and metabolic changes that women often experience when trying to lose weight.

Each component of LeanBean contributes to your weight loss journey in its own unique way. For example, glucomannan helps you regulate your appetite and maintain a calorie deficit by making you feel full on a smaller amount of food.

Choline directly aids fat burning, while turmeric and green coffee speed up the metabolism.

PhenGold vs. LeanBean Test Main Differences

Benefits

LeanBean and PhenGold are popular supplements that support weight loss, each offering unique benefits. Leanbean is specifically tailored for women, focusing on natural appetite suppression, fat metabolism, and energy enhancement without the use of strong stimulants.

Its key ingredient, glucomannan, helps curb hunger by promoting a feeling of fullness, while other ingredients like green coffee bean extract and turmeric aid in fat burning and boost metabolism.

The inclusion of vitamins B6 and B12 supports overall energy levels and reduces fatigue, making it easier for users to stay active.

PhenGold, on the other hand, is designed for both men and women and takes a more comprehensive approach to weight loss by targeting fat burning, appetite control, and mental focus.

It contains green tea extract, caffeine, and cayenne pepper, which work together to boost metabolism and increase calorie burning.

Additionally, ingredients like L-theanine and Rhodiola Rosea help reduce stress and improve focus, providing users with mental clarity and motivation during their weight loss journey.

Both supplements offer natural, plant-based solutions to help users reach their fitness goals, though Leanbean is ideal for those seeking a gentler, stimulant-free option, while PhenGold provides a more intense, thermogenic boost for fat loss.

Ingredients

Both supplements are comprised entirely of natural ingredients and have a few shared components, but also some key differences that outline their distinct approaches to weight loss.

Glucomannan is a significant component of LeanBean. This dietary fiber is obtained from the konjac plant’s root. It is widely known for its potent appetite-suppressing properties [1].

When taken, it expands in the stomach, causing a sense of fullness that may help reduce overall food consumption.

The supplement contains the vitamins B12 and B6. B12 is essential for sustaining energy levels, while B6 helps with the metabolism of fats, proteins, and carbs [2][3].

Phengold has a similar B vitamin complex, comprised of vitamins B3, B6 and B12.

Leanbean contains caffeine in the form of green coffee extract. In addition to the caffeine’s energy boost, green coffee contains chlorogenic acid, which can block fat absorption and glucose release in the body [4][5].

Phengold also contains 100 mg of green coffee, but it also has 225 mg of caffeine anhydrous, a serious dose equivalent to more than two regular coffees.

While this amount can be too much for many people, Phengold contains L-theanine and green tea extract, which synergize with caffeine. L-theanine promotes relaxation without drowsiness, helping to improve focus and concentration and reduces the jitters associated with caffeine intake [8][9].

Next is the Leanbean ingredients list is Choline, an essential nutrient supporting fat metabolism. It helps the body use fat for energy and prevents fat buildup in the liver [6].

Turmeric is renowned because of its anti-inflammatory qualities. It’s widely used in joint supplements, but it works by reducing inflammation in a weight management product, which can be expected when you reduce calories and increase workout frequency and intensity [7].

Other constituents in Leanbean include Acai Berry, garcinia cambogia, Zinc, chromium picolinate, and Black Pepper Extract. These components offer distinct appetite-suppressing and metabolism-supporting qualities, while black pepper boosts the formulation’s absorption and efficacy.

Phengold also utilizes the absorption qualities of black pepper extract to make the entire formulation more potent.

Another amino acid is part of Phengold’s mix. L-tyrosine is responsible for producing neurotransmitters such as dopamine and adrenaline. These are essential for regulating stress, cognitive function, and mood [10].

Cayenne pepper is a known spice that contains capsaicin, which is thought to boost metabolism and aid in fat loss.

Capsaicin increases the body’s heat production, promoting calorie expenditure even at rest [11].

Effectiveness

I tried Phengold for a month, and it was relatively effective. During the first week, I quickly noticed improved energy levels, and the product helped me shed a few pounds overall. While I’ve had better results from other weight loss supplements, Phengold did relatively well.

Unfortunately, I have not tried Leanbean because it is no longer available. However, based on the ingredient list and dosages, I believe the product was an effective weight loss supplement for women.

Clinical Research

Both Leanbean and PhenGold emphasize using clinically backed ingredients in their formulations, though specific clinical trials on the complete products are limited. However, the individual ingredients in these supplements have been researched for their weight loss benefits.

Leanbean includes glucomannan, a fiber clinically shown to promote feelings of fullness and support weight loss when used as part of a calorie-controlled diet.

Studies have also supported the fat-burning and metabolism-boosting properties of green coffee bean extract and turmeric, both key ingredients in Leanbean.

PhenGold relies on clinically tested components like green tea extract, which has been shown to enhance fat oxidation and caffeine, a well-known metabolism booster that aids in calorie burning.

L-theanine and Rhodiola Rosea, also found in PhenGold, have been studied for their cognitive benefits, including reducing stress and improving focus, which can indirectly support weight loss by improving mood and motivation.

While both supplements use scientifically supported ingredients, users are encouraged to combine them with a balanced diet and exercise for optimal results.

Side Effects

Leanbean and PhenGold are marketed as natural supplements, but like any product, they may cause side effects in certain users, depending on individual tolerance to ingredients.

Leanbean is formulated to be gentle, especially since it avoids high levels of caffeine. However, some users may experience mild digestive issues, such as bloating or gas, due to the glucomannan content, as it is a fiber that can expand in the stomach.

These effects are typically temporary and can be reduced by staying hydrated. Additionally, some individuals may experience mild reactions to other ingredients, though this is rare.

PhenGold contains a high dose of caffeine, which can cause side effects such as jitters, insomnia, increased heart rate, or headaches, especially in individuals sensitive to caffeine.

The L-theanine and green tea extract formulation lower the chance of these side effects, but if you are sensitive to caffeine, they may not be enough to prevent them, given the high caffeine dose.

The supplement also includes cayenne pepper, which may cause mild digestive discomfort in some users. People sensitive to spicy ingredients or stimulants should be cautious when using PhenGold and consider adjusting the dosage or taking it earlier in the day to avoid sleep disturbances.

In rare cases, users may also experience mild allergic reactions to some of its natural ingredients.

I haven’t used Leanbean, but with Phengold, I had no issues with the caffeine, any of the other ingredients, or possible side effects.

User Reviews

Phengold has a full 5-star score on its official website, but with no access to all reviews, I find it hard to consider this score real. On Amazon, the product does not have a very warm reception. While some users are happy with it and have reaped benefits, others claim no effects even after prolonged use.

When LeanBean was discontinued, most of the reviews disappeared. The ones that remain online are on Trustpilot and show a mixed image. Some women are satisfied with the results and report losing significant weight after consuming the supplement.

Others didn’t notice such dramatic improvements; some claim to have experienced none at all, even after long-term use. A few reviews also indicate a terrible customer support experience and difficulty getting a refund.

My Experience Phengold and LeanBean

Phengold is a powerhouse of energy-boosting ingredients, and you can tell from the first days of taking it. The formulation is designed to raise your energy levels, mood, and motivation, and this is the most noticeable effect I experienced with the product.

Unlike similar products, I haven’t experienced such a decrease in appetite, but the nootropic stack of Phengold made it easier to stick to my diet and workout plans.

Regarding weight loss, the supplement helped shed a few pounds in 30 days. In fact, the effects were evident after two weeks, but then my progress plateaued.

So, Phengold performed moderately well as a weight loss supplement. But as an energy booster and cognitive enhancer, it actually delivered better results than some dedicated nootropics I’ve tried.

Since Leanbean can no longer be purchased, I haven’t tried it and have no experience to share in this section.

Should You Choose Phengold or LeanBean?

The real question is whether Phengold is a suitable replacement for Leanbean, which is no longer available. I would say yes.

The two formulations are different, and Phengold relies heavily on stimulants and herbs to keep your spirits and motivation high and unwavering.

My experience with it produced some weight loss results, but nothing spectacular, and I have had much better results with other products like PhenQ and Zmyra.

But if you are looking for a potent body and mind energy booster with some metabolism and thermogenesis properties, Phengold is a sound choice.
