The Olly Multivitamin Gummy has many natural flavors and is marketed as a male supplement. Gummy vitamins are great for people who don’t like taking pills every day, but they come with some caveats.
Pros
- Chewable daily vitamins allow easy consumption
- Enjoyable taste from blackberry blitz flavor and other natural flavors
- Contains a substantial selection of vitamins and minerals for male health
Cons
- Missing some essential vitamins and minerals
- It can cause stomach upset and diarrhea
Quick Verdict
The main issue is that it’s not the most effective delivery device for the body, meaning you just can’t get as many vitamins in two gummies as you can with capsules.
This is the case with Olly men’s multivitamin gummy, so if you can handle the daily capsules, I’d recommend you try something else. If you’re looking for the best male multivitamin, our recommendation is definitely Prime Male T-Vitamins.
It contains a comprehensive blend of all essential vitamins and minerals, providing larger doses of nutrients such as vitamin D and Zinc, which are linked directly with testosterone production for increased strength, stamina, and motivation.
There’s also a clever selection of clinically proven herbal supplements present in the formula that can further increase testosterone production, making T-Vitamins the perfect fuel for any man looking to be their best.

My Experience Taking Olly Men’s Multi
Despite being a health product, I had one thought running through my head when I got Olly Men’s multivitamin gummy—what does it taste like?
I then looked over the ingredients list. I wasn’t expecting to necessarily feel much different, as my diet is well-rounded, but I was hoping for some improved focus and immune support.
First, they did taste great. Sometimes, when I’m doing this job, I dislike having to take numerous capsules each day, so I was definitely glad for the change of pace.
I got the blackberry flavor and saw the appeal of taking multivitamin gummies daily over the capsules.
However, in terms of its effects, there’s not really anything to report. As we mentioned in the introduction of this article, taking a multivitamin in gummy form can be quite limiting, offering only a small selection of vitamins and minerals compared to some of the competition.
If someone could figure out how we can get around this and provide a comprehensive collection of all essential vitamins and minerals as a gummy version, I’d be excited to try it and can see myself swapping. For now, it just seems better to have the slight inconvenience of swallowing capsules for a more effective multivitamin.
Customers Olly Men’s Multi Reviews
The customer reviews on Amazon are genuinely good; it’s a well-received product.
Many people state that its simplicity and ease of use are ideal compared to something with a larger and more intimidating list of ingredients.
There are a few minor complaints that do come up, one of which is inconsistent texture. Some say that they enjoy the product and buy it regularly but have noticed that sometimes it’s not quite up to scratch.
This also extends to smell, as some people have noted that the smell is sometimes pretty intolerable when first opening. As far as I can tell, this isn’t a long-term issue most of the time, and the scent dies down, but it seems sometimes it can persist.
Finally, there is the changing formula, as some have mentioned that they recently omitted coenzyme Q10, a well-researched and powerful antioxidant.
Olly Men’s Multi Side Effects
Some multivitamin gummies are notorious for causing stomach upset and diarrhea, but Olly Men’s Multi managed to avoid this quite successfully.
As it currently stands, the formula is well tolerated, and there are no reported adverse effects.
Olly Men’s Multi Alternative
Prime Male T-Vitamins
Prime Male T-Vitamins is a brilliant multivitamin choice for men that can boost testosterone production while still providing all essential vitamins and minerals for overall wellness.
These are different supplements, but they’re both aimed at men similarly, with Prime Male offering a better and more comprehensive formula.
With Prime Male, you get all 22 essential vitamins and minerals, along with extra doses of ingredients such as zinc and vitamin D, which play essential roles in regulating sex hormones such as testosterone.
It’s what makes it my best multivitamin for men over 40.
We also see the inclusion of herbal supplements known to help improve testosterone, such as D-aspartic acid. Our bodies use this amino acid to regulate the release of both luteinizing hormone and testosterone.
In a similar vein, there is ashwagandha and nettle root extract that both aid with testosterone production, but also ginseng, which is primarily here to help with blood flow and erectile dysfunction, which has an increased risk of occurring in men with lower testosterone levels.
I’ve barely scratched the surface of what this brilliant multivitamin has to offer, and it’s already far greater than anything else you can find.

Optimum Nutrition Opti Men
Opti Men by Optimum Nutrition is a multivitamin supplement formulated for men. It features a blend of essential vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and herbal extracts to support overall health and energy, particularly for active individuals.
Despite high expectations, a 30-day trial revealed disappointing results. There were minimal health benefits and notable side effects, like stomach discomfort.
The product is expensive, with many ingredients either under or overdosed, leading to ineffectiveness or potential side effects.

MuscleTech Multivitamin
MuscleTech Platinum Multivitamin is a supplement designed to provide daily nutritional support to active individuals through a complete formula featuring essential vitamins, minerals, amino acids, herbs, and digestive enzymes.
Despite its reasonable price and energy-boosting benefits, the product has significant drawbacks, such as large, hard-to-swallow pills, insufficient dosages of key ingredients, and a lack of notable health or immune support.
Many users also reported negative experiences, including stomach issues. You can read my full MuscleTech Multivitamin review here.
Summary
While the convenience is certainly tempting, it’s far more cost-effective to buy a product that offers everything you want in one package.
In that regard, Olly Men’s Multi is not very useful, which is why I think your money would be better spent on something like Prime Male’s T-vitamins, which can support both your personal health and your personal goals.
